What type of service do you provide?  My Kid Shuttle, Inc. provides pre-arranged kids and student transportation services exclusively to children in the Denton County area.  We provide service to and from school, day cares, extra-curricular activities, social functions or anywhere your kids needs to go.

What type of vehicles will be used to transport children?  All vehicles are 2007 Chevy 12 Passenger Express Vans.

Is this a taxi service?  Not exactly.  Our service was designed to work with groups of children from one location to multiple locations and vise versa.  We will pick up your child and take them to a pre-arranged location as long as you understand you are buying a seat on a shuttle van in a "window of time" and that your child most likely will not be taken directly to their destination.  We will not schedule rides that we know we cannot accommodate your time schedule.

What are your hours of operation:  M-F, 7AM - 6:00PM.  If you need service outside of these hours, please call us to see if we can help you.

Are seatbelts required?  YES.  All safety policies are strictly enforced.

Can I hire you for on call situations?  Yes.  This requires the $25 membership and we will have all of your information on file when you call.  There is no guarantee we can always accommodate your requests but we will do our best.

Can I have a different schedule for multiple days for my child?  Yes, as long as we can accommodate your request.  There can be additional charges for changes or variances to schedules.

What if I don't want a text message when my child is delivered?  Simply send us an email or give us a call and we will turn that feature off on our student transportation system.

How do I get information to my employer about this service?  We are able to come to your place of employment and give a short presentation on our company, as well as list your company as a community link, drop off flyers or information to send out to employees.  We are always here to help!
